Compound Buyer

Terms of Use

Last updated: 6 May 2026

1. Editorial scope

Compound Buyer is an independent UK editorial project that reviews UK-registered research-supply companies on transparency, governance and supply-chain practice. We review the conduct of businesses. We do not review, evaluate, recommend, or comment on the use of any compound by any person.

2. Intended audience

This site is published for trade readers: research, procurement and laboratory professionals working in UK-registered settings. It is not intended for retail consumers and is not a consumer-buying guide. Subscribers to the Compound Buyer Research Report confirm at point of subscription that they fall within this audience.

3. Research purposes only

All suppliers reviewed in Compound Buyer market exclusively for laboratory and research use. Nothing on this site is medical, clinical, pharmacological or therapeutic advice. Nothing on this site is an endorsement to purchase, use, administer or otherwise consume any compound. If you have a medical question, consult a registered medical practitioner.

4. No commercial relationship with reviewed suppliers

Compound Buyer takes no advertising fees, no affiliate commissions, no referral commissions, and operates no e-commerce funnel. Suppliers cannot pay to enter the review, change a finding, or be excluded from one. Any commercial relationship the publisher holds with a supplier reviewed in an edition is disclosed in the colophon of that edition.

5. Methodology and findings

Findings reflect publicly available evidence at the date of last update of each edition: the Companies House public register, the ICO public register, the supplier's own public website, and the public Trustpilot profile (where one exists). Editorial judgement is applied in interpreting that evidence. Findings are the editorial opinion of Compound Buyer and are not statements of law, audit, or regulatory finding.

6. Corrections and right of reply

Suppliers reviewed in any edition may submit written corrections of fact, with documentary evidence, via the editorial contact form. Verified corrections are reflected in the next edition, with a note in the corrections log on the page itself.

7. No transactional content

Compound Buyer does not sell, supply, broker, or facilitate the supply of any compound or product. The site provides editorial commentary on the corporate practice of UK-registered supply businesses. No transaction can be completed on this site.

8. Limitation of liability

Compound Buyer accepts no liability for purchasing decisions made by readers in respect of any reviewed supplier. Readers are solely responsible for their own due diligence, for the lawful use of any product they purchase, and for compliance with all applicable UK laws.

9. Intellectual property

The Compound Buyer name, the Compound Buyer Research Report, the editorial methodology and the layout of this site are the intellectual property of the publisher. Quotations of up to 60 words are permitted with a clear citation to compoundbuyer.com and the edition number.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Contact

For editorial enquiries and corrections, send a message to the editorial desk.

For research purposes only. All suppliers reviewed market exclusively for laboratory and in-vitro research use. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
